What happens on the first call?
Twenty minutes, by phone or video, whichever's easier. We'll ask about your business, where customers find you now, and what you've already tried. You'll leave with a clear read on where your next growth is likely to come from and how we'd go after it.
What does it cost?
Pricing is built around scope, so we quote per business instead of posting packages that fit nobody. You'll get a straight number after the first call — no proposals that take three weeks and no surprises later.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
We start with a short initial term so the work has room to produce, then move month to month. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you into a year.
How long before we see results?
It depends on the channel, and we'll be upfront about that from day one. Paid campaigns can produce leads within the first few weeks; content, search, and reputation compound over months. We usually start with the fastest lever in your business so there's momentum early.
What kind of businesses do you work with?

What do you need from me?
Access to your accounts, an honest picture of what's working and what isn't, and about an hour a month once things are running. We handle everything else.
Do you work with businesses outside Omaha?
We're based in Omaha and work with clients anywhere. Most of what we do runs remotely, and we travel for production when a shoot calls for it.

Ruffin leads marketing and creative direction. He oversees content strategy, video and photography production, and the campaigns that put a business in front of its market — drawing on his own production company and a background in marketing and business development.
Benjamin Guney
COO & Co-Founder
Benjamin leads operations and systems. He builds the infrastructure campaigns run on — tracking, reporting, and the automation behind consistent delivery — and manages the firm's day-to-day operations and client engagements.
